Potion Shop Mayhem

Synopsis

(Tentative)
Adventure begins with a shopowner bursting out into the street claiming his shop has been broken into by kobolds. He had been tied up and forced to identify what was what but he just escaped. The PC's investigate, to find out that the kobolds immediately began sampling the wares and a couple have actually gone insane or mutated from the various magical chemicals.
On the way to the boss in the back lab the PC's fight a kobold who has been chugging cat's grace and other speed boosting ones, and so zips all over the walls, as well as a kobold that can now apparantly use dimension door like a blink dog. Several are lugging potions into a hole dug into the floor, and a kobold or two have gone insane and are tied to furniture as they mutate randomly. One dead kobold has been drowned in a potion vat, and when PC's enter the room he re-animates as a kobold zombie/alchemical golem hybrid.
The boss is a sorceror who downed several magic, wisdom and intelligence boosting potions, along with a few other unnamed ones. The combination of these has given him a few extra spell-like abilities and higher int/wis, as well as red-dragon wings.
He is protected by a mutated strength boosted, now four-armed kobold.

Slicey McTalon

This kobold stands before you flexing it's hands to show off the long and very sharp talons. His skin looks different from a normal kobold, and on closer inspection you see that it has ridged bark-like skin instead of scales, and the red coloring is actually a thick hot red slime acid that seeps out and flows over it's body.
This kobold got into a crate that had been made by a shifter druid apprentice. Has downed the potions Beast Claws, Babau Slime, and bark skin.

Babau Slime (Spell Effect): Anyone who strikes with an unarmed strike, touch attack or touch spell, or natural weapon takes 1d8 acid damage. Anyone grappling him takes 1d8 points of acid damage at the beginning of its turn.

Mini Goro

This kobold has mutated from his potion quaffing antics. He has a permanent arms of plenty effect, and fearsome grapple(Spell Compendium), drank a bull's strength, bear's endurance and fist of stone (SC).
This kobold has obviously been drinking way too many potions. It is dressed in ragged leather armor, which is torn where it's second pair of arms and a pair of tentacles have sprouted. In it's original set of arms it has a wooden shield on the left, but the right hand is empty, instead the hand is comprised entirely of stone. The second pair of arms are long and gangly, looking as if they belong on a larger creature than the dimunitive kobold which wears them; they end in two scaly hands sporting long menacing claws. The tentacles flail wildly around it, touching and grabbing on to whatever is nearest. It rages and flexes, a visible magical glimmer spreading through it's muscles as it does so, and seems intoxicated with it's physical power. This is somewhat comical to look at, as the beast, powerful as it may be now, is still only 3 feet tall.

Blinky

This one has gotten the wrong end of the stick sadly. It fell in a potion vat when arguing with mini-goro and got all messed up.
Has permanent, but altered dimension door ability (Can teleport as a move action once per round, but only a maximum 45 feet). Emits a 45 ft cone of light from his eyes permanently. Is on Fire, dealing 1d6 points of fire damage to anyone adjacent to him. Has a ventriliquism effect, which he can not control, and so it always sounds as if his voice is coming from random objects in the room. One leg has been turned to immovable stone, reducing move speed to 20 feet. One beneficial effect is it's ability to spit electrified mucus at it's opponents as a ranged touch attack. Mucus deals 1d3 subdual damage and 1d6 electric damage on hit, and then an additional 1d6 electric damage at the beginning of the target's rounds until it clears the mucus off with a move action.
