RING OF MASTER ARTIFICE
A ring of master artifice increases the number of infusions an
artifi cer can imbue each day.
Description: An unassembled ring of master artifice appears to be several thin, interlocking rings made of different metals, including silver, adamantine, mithral, and platinum.
When twisted and turned the appropriate way, the interlocking rings can be combined into a single ring that appears much like a wire loop braided from the various metals.
Prerequisite: The ring of master artifice functions only for a character who can cast infusions.
Activation: Assembling the ring from its various components requires 5 minutes and a DC 22 Intelligence check, which you can attempt any number of times. Once assembled, a ring of master artifice must be worn for 24 hours for its magic to take effect. After that time, you gain the ring’s benefit every time you concentrate to regain your daily allotment of infusions.
Effect: The ring increases the number of infusions you can cast daily, depending on the nature of the ring. A least ring of master artifice provides a bonus 1st-level and 2nd-level infusion, a lesser ring of master artifice provides a bonus 3rd-level and 4th-level infusion, and a greater ring of master artifice provides a bonus 5th-level and 6th-level infusion.
Aura/Caster Level: Moderate (least) or Strong (lesser, greater) no school. CL 12th (least), 14th (lesser), 16th (greater).
Construction: Requires Forge Ring, 2,500 gp, 200 XP, 5 days (least); 12,500 gp, 1,000 XP, 25 days (lesser); 30,500 gp, 2,440 XP, 61 days (greater).
Price: Least 5,000 gp, lesser 25,000 gp, greater 61,000 gp.
