Shina's Shield

The creation of this artifact is still a mystery. It's owner's power not understood to this day. A young girl with no magic training or family history of any magic or royal heritage wielded this shield. A thin crystalline shield attatched to a bracelet that when not in use seemed to disappear from existance. After disappearing from her village at a young age, sightings of her were noted on many occasions saving people in the mountain ranges from ambushes, natural disasters and numerous other perils. Last notable sighting was in a village North of the Grandian Border. A girl riding atop a cloud swooped down dousing a fire and grabbing a baby girl from a burning building then dissapearing into the sky.
